We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive user interfaces and exceptional user experiences for our digital products. You’ll play a vital role in the creation of graphics, whether for website design or any other digital design medium. You will be at the heart of working with the creative, web and digital teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing, user-friendly, and effective user interfaces for our applications and websites.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Create visual elements such as banners, images, icons and illustrations while adhering to our client’s brand guidelines.
• Design compelling advertising visuals, graphic elements for social media, marketing emails and other digital assets to promote our clients’ products and services.
• Design interactive HTML5 banner ads, taking into account the specifications and constraints of various online advertising platforms.
• Optimize the user experience by enhancing navigation, usability, and visual consistency.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technological advancements and best practices to ensure modern and effective designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
• In-depth understanding of design principles and UX best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML5 banner standards and specifications (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Portfolio of previous projects showcasing design skills.
