The logo needed to reflect the company's image and activities and strengthen its image and reassure its customers. The logo had to be able adaptable and deployable for all Ketterthill's internal and external communication media requirements. The visual identity redesign and new graphic charter needed to express Ketterthill's universe and values: proximity to its patients, accuracy of results, cutting-edge technology, dynamism, innovation and elegance.
Lola highlighted Ketterthill's different values and found a balance between both regulatory constraints and communication. The main objective of the graphic charter’s redesign was to optimise recognition of Ketterthill for its various targets. This entailed harmonising the visual identity of all internal and external communication media, including sampling centres.
